The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 34 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(2), 3(5), 338, 308(6) BNS, P.S. Cyber Crime, District Fatehpur during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the FIR has been lodged by the police on 23.11.2025 against the accused/applicant and 16 named person. The police has arrested three person from the place where they found that the accused/applicant were indulge in cyber fraud through the call centre.
