The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 03 of 2025, under Sections 420 IPC and Section 66 D I.T. Act, P.S. Cyber Crime, District Etawa during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in the FIR dated 10.02.2025 for the incident carried on between 04.12.2023 to 26.12.2023 alleged by the informant with the allegation that the accused/applicant and other co-accsed had taken Rs. 3 Lakhs from the informant for the job of his son in health department.
