The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 101 of 2026, under Sections 60, 60(2) of U.P. Excise Act and Sections 8/20/21/29 of NDPS Act, P.S.- Kotwali Dehat, District- Mirzapur. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the police has lodged the F.I.R. on 03.03.2026 against 6 named persons including the accused-applicant with the allegation that the co-accused Bachche Lal Sonkar has been arrested by the police with 3.6 kg ganja, 252 gms of heroin and 600 litres of spurious liquor.
