The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 316 of 2024, under Sections 452, 324 IPC, P.S.- Sasni Gate, District- Aligarh, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant is not named in the FIR dated 25.5.2024 which is lodged by the father of two injured on 25.5.2024 for the incident of 24.5.2024. It is alleged in the FIR that three named accused have entered the house of informant and beaten his sons and also inflicted knife blow. It is further contended that the accused applicant is not named in the FIR. It is in the subsequent statement of the informant
