The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 222 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 316(2), 61(2) BNS, P.S.- Gyanpur, District- Bhadohi, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in FIR dated 18.09.2025 lodged by the Bank Manager of Union Bank India with the allegation that the accused applicant has taken gold loan by putting fictitious gold on mortgage.
