The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 146 of 2026, under Sections 123, 308(5), 352, 351(3) BNS (under Sections 328, 386, 504, 506 IPC), P.S.- Naubasta, District- Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in FIR dated 17.04.2026 which was lodged by the informant after a delay of five days for the incident of 12.04.2026. It is alleged in the FIR against five named persons wherein the accused applicant is one of them that the informant was called on a mobile number for work of fabrication. The
