The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 397 of 2024, Case No.21556 of 2025, under Sections 308, 352, 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S.- North, District- Firozabad, during pendency of the trial. 3.
