The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 47 of 2025, under Sections 110, 115(2), 352 BNS, P.S.- Kailadevi, District- Sambhal. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the case lodged by the informant with the allegation that on 15.03.2025, there was a cross fight between the accused-applicant and another co-accused with the informant's family. The motive for the cross fight according to the F.I.R. lodged by the informant is of putting khuta outside the house, whereas, in the F.I.R. lodged by the co-accused was that there was a property dispute between th
