The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 101 of 2026, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangster Act and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S.- Duddhi, District- Sonebhadra, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the FIR dated 9.4.2026 lodged by the police invoking the provisions of Gangster Act on the solitary case of Cow Slaughter. The accused applicant is on bail in the base case. There is no other criminal history of the accused applicant. The accused applicant wants to co-operate in the investigation but apprehending arrest.
