The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 38 of 2026, under Sections 305-A and 331(4) of BNS, P.S.- Shahabad, District- Rampur, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the FIR has been lodged on 4.2.2026 against anonymous person with the allegation that some unknown persons have entered the house and stolen gold, silver and cash from the house.
