The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 05 of 2026, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, P.S.- Kokhraj, District- Kaushambhi. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the police has lodged the F.I.R. on 04.01.2026 against anonymous person when they have got the tip off that 12 oxen were tied with the electricity pole and the name of three accused have been figured out from the tip off. It is alleged from the statement of co-accused, who were arrested that they were to export the cattle for cow slaughter.
