Heard Sri Atul Kumar, learned counsel for the accused-applicant, learned AGA for State and perused the record. 2. The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 431 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2) BNS, P.S.- New Mandi, District- Muzaffar Nagar. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant has been implicated in F.I.R. dated 04.09.2025 by the Joint Commissioner GST with the allegation that the accused-applicant has committed GST fraud by incorporating the company, which is a non- existent entity. Further submits that the accused-applicant is the victim of fraud, wherein some unscrupulous persons had taken his testimonials and registered the company. The applicant is a tailor. The charge sheet is submitt
