The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 216 of 2024, under Sections 333, 351(2), 352, 74, 118(1), 115(2), 110 BNS, P.S.- Achhnera, District- Agra. 3. It is the contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused-applicant serves in army. The F.I.R. is lodged on 15.08.2024 by the informant for the incident of 13.08.2024, which is lodged against three named persons including the applicant. It is alleged in the F.I.R. that the accused-applicant along with other co-accused had barged into the house of the informant, disrobed her modesty and beaten the father-in-law of the informant with Kulhari.
