The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime No. 158 of 2026, under Section 108 of the B.N.S., 2023, Police Station - Chunar, District Mirzapur, with a prayer to enlarge them on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial, as the applicants apprehend their arrest in the aforesaid case. 3. The learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case. They seek anticipatory bail on the following grounds :- i. The applicants are the brother-in-law (devar), the sister-in-law (devrani) and the mother-in-law (Saas) of the victim. ii.
