The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 313 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 109 BNS, P.S.- Didarganj, District- Azamgarh. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the FIR dated 23.11.2025 lodged belatedly for the incident of 22.11.2025 occurred at 06:00 PM. The accused-applicant is the brother of co-accused Kuldeep. The informant, who is the wife of the injured has stated that her husband while returning after attending a marriage party was intercepted by the accused applicant and other co-accused and they have started beating him with lathi, danda and iron rod.
