The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 182 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 118(2) BNS, P.S. Sasni Gate, District Aligarh during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in FIR dated 09.04.2026 for the incident occurred on 08.04.2026 at about 09:00 p.m. with the allegation that the five accused persons including applicant has started beating the informant with lathi, danda and sharp edged weapon.
