The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.281 of 2024, under Sections 318(4), 105 of B.N.S. and Section 15(3) of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, Police Station- Shahpur, District- Muzaffar Nagar, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the above- mentioned case. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case.
