Court No. - 72 HON'BLE RAJIV LOCHAN SHUKLA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 15 of 2026, under Section 108 of B.N.S., Police Station- Sahawar, District Kasganj, with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on anticipatory bail, during the pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He contends that the applicant may be enlarged on anticipatory bail on the following grounds:- (i) The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant has not abetted the suicide of the victim; (ii) The F.I.R. has been lodged with a delay of six days and no explanation has been given for the excessive delay in lodging of the F.I.R.; (iii) Th
