The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 15 of 2026, under Section 108 of B.N.S., Police Station- Sahawar, District Kasganj, with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on anticipatory bail, during the pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case.
