The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 233 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, P.S. Bhawanpur, District Meerut during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in the FIR dated 16.09.2024 for the incident of 01.01.2018 to 01.08.2020, wherein four accused named in the FIR with the allegation that they were instrumental in getting money from the informant and other person for getting service in the Housing Co- operation, Lucknow.
