This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 24 of 2025 under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 324(4), 333, 109(1), 352, 351(3), 309(4), 131, 3(5) BNS, Police Station-Rabupura, District-Gautam Buddh Nagar. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present matter due to ulterior motive.
