This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 196 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 103(1), 109(1) and 61(2) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Georgetown, District Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the allegations levelled against the applicant are wholly false, baseless, and motivated. It is further submitted that the applicant has been falsely and maliciously implicated in the present case without there being any specific or credible evidence to establish his individual participation in the alleged offence.
