The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 63 of 2023, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S.- Rampur, District- Mau, during the pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the FIR has been lodged on 07.07.2023 by the District Inspector of Schools against the accused applicant, who was Manager. It is alleged in the FIR that without the land recognition has been sought in the year 2004. The FIR is lodged after the delay of near about 19 years.
