The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 10 of 2026, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 109, 191(2), 191(3) BNS, P.S. Durgaganj, District Bhadohi , during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in the FIR dated 06.02.2026. The matter pertains to cross fight on the point of village road. In the FIR lodged by the informant 11 named and one anonymous person were made accused. The cross fight was on 05.02.2026 at 2:00 p.m. The accused side has also lodged the FIR showing cross version on the same day for the same incident, in which 16 persons were named as accused. The
