The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 141 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 131 BNS, P.S.- Kotwali Nagar, District- Bulandshahr, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the FIR has been lodged on 27.02.2026 for the incident of 26.02.2026 while the informant alleged therein that the applicant's son was driving the scooty, which dashed into the roadways bus driven by Dinesh-driver with the conductor- Ajay Kumar.
