The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 254 of 2023, under Sections 420 IPC, P.S.- Linepar, District- Firozabad, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in FIR dated 29.08.2023 lodged by the informant with the allegation that the accused applicant was instrumental in getting two loans approved by the bank and therefore duped him.
