The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 41 of 2026, under Sections 305-A, 331(3) BNS, P.S. Shahabad, District Rampur during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in the case on the disclosure statement of co-accused, who were arrested by the police. The FIR in the present case has been lodged on 07.02.2026 by the informant against anonymous person alleging therein that on 07.02.2026 at about 12:20 in the noon, there was theft in the house where the jewellery, items and cash were stolen.
