The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 39 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 126, 110 BNS, P.S.- Shahpur, District- Muzaffarnagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the FIR dated 16.2.2025 for the incident of 15.2.2025. The FIR was lodged by the mother of the injured. Three accused were named in the FIR. The applicant Rahul was attributed role of giving iron rod blow on the head of the injured.
