The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release her on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 112 of 2026, under Sections 319(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 318(4) of BNS, P.S.- Kotwali Nagar, District- Banda, during pendency of the trial. 3.
