The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 34 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(2), 3(5), 338, 308(6) BNS, Section 66C & 66D of the Information Technology Act 2000, P.S.- Cyber Crime Fatehpur, District- Fatehpur, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated by the police in the matter of cyber crime. The FIR is dated 23.11.2025. It is alleged in the FIR that nearly 16 persons were impersonating themselves to be the police personals and duped the persons by putting them under threat of jail
