The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 1085 of 2024, under Section 392/411 IPC, P.S.- Baradari, District- Bareilly, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the case, during investigation. The FIR lodged on 24.10.2024 for snatching of the mobile of the informant by some anonymous person on 29.12.2023. The police has apprehended the co- accused, in whose statement, name of the accused applicant has been figured out. The accused applicant is having one criminal history, wherein he is on bail.
