The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 104 of 2026, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 109(1) of BNS, P.S.- Mandi Dhanaura, District- Amroha, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the FIR dated 27.3.2026 lodged by the informant with the allegation that accused applicant along with three others co-accused have apprehended the informant and other injured.
