The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 131 of 2026, under Sections 8, 20(b), 27A and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985, P.S.- Ramkola, District- Kushinagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated by the police in FIR dated 24.3.2026 wherein two co-accused namely, Sundar Lal Nishad and Suresh Yadav @ Sunil Yadav were arrested by the police with 21 kg ganja.
