The same is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Pandey, learned counsel for the accused-applicant, learned AGA for State and perused the record. 3. The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 194 of 2018, under Sections 2/3 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S.- Kotwali Dehat, District- Bulandshahar. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated by the police invoking the gangsters Act on two base cases, lodged by the police, pertaining to excise Act and police encounter. Out of other 8 cases, in three cases, the final report has been submitted.
