The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 09 of 2026, under Setions 137(2), 61(2) BNS, P.S.- Awagarh, District- Etah, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the FIR dated 17.1.2026 lodged by the maternal uncle of the victim for enticement. It is alleged in the FIR that on 16.1.2026 at about 11:30 PM the victim who was 17 years of age was taken away by the co-accused Sachin who is brother of the accused applicant.
