This application has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 125 of 2025, under Sections 64, 115(2), 333, 351(3), 352 B.N.S., Police Station Devgaon, District Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the subject case.
