The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 224 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 190, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 109(1) of BNS, P.S.- Lisari Gate, District- Meerut. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused applicant that the FIR lodged by the brother in law of the accused applicant. The sister of applicant was married to the informant. The accused applicant came to know that the informant is trying to give the jewellery of his sister in the marriage of informant's sister. The accused applicant along with his family members came to meet the informant where the informant has not only beaten the accused and other family members but has also lodged the FIR against them.
