It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that as per averments made in the alleged FIR, it is stated that son of informant and co-accused (sister of the applicant) are husband and wife and their marriage was solemnized on 24.4.2022, but there was no cordial relation between them and on 27.7.2025, son of the informant committed suicide.
