The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 131 of 2026, under Sections 8, 20(b), 27A, 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, P.S. Ramkola, District Kushinagar. during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused/applicant who is police personnel has been falsely implicated in the FIR dated 24.03.2026 lodged by the police against 12 named persons including the applicant. It is the allegation in the FIR that two co-accused Sundar Lal Nishad and Suresh Yadav alias Sunil Yadav were arrested by the police with 21 Kgs of Ganja.
