This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 740 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 64, 65(1), 87 BNS and Section 4(2)/5(L)/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Faridpur, District Bareilly, during the pendency of the trial. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present matter. It is submitted that I.O. has been recorded the statement of victim under Section 180 BNSS, and as per her statement, she herself went with the applicant, and the concerned Magistrate has also recorded the statement of victim U/S 183 BNSS, which has supported the statement under Section 180 BNSS.
