The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 255 of 2025, under Sections 3(5), 109, 115(2), 351(3), 324(4) BNS, P.S.- Bhojipura, District- Bareilly. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the F.I.R. has been lodged by the informant on 21.03.2025 against 12 named and one anonymous person. It is alleged in the F.I.R. that at about 9:00 a.m., the accused-applicant and other co-accused came and beaten Rehan, who is son of the family. He suffered seven injuries.
