The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 481 of 2025, under Sections 316(2), 318(4) BNS, P.S.- Kavinagar, District- Ghaziabad, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the FIR has been lodged by the informant on 23.05.2025 with the allegation against four named persons including the accused applicant. It is alleged in the FIR that the informant took gold loan from Dhan Varsha Gold Loan Company. He has deposited 236.73 gms. of gold and the loan was accepted.
