It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated by the police in FIR dated 08.04.2026 with the allegation that the co-accused driver has been arrested with one cattle on the pickup vehicle, owned by the accused applicant sent out of state for slaughtering.
