The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 217 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2), 117(2), 110 BNS, P.S.- Sadabad, District- Hathras, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the case wherein FIR dated 12.04.2025 has been lodged against the son of applicant and 3 anonymous persons by the informant with the allegation that the son of applicant Rahul @ Kalu along with three anonymous person had apprehended the informant and beaten him with lathi, danda and iron rod.
