The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release her on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 205 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3) and 340(2) of BNS, P.S.- Garautha, District- Jhansi, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been named in the FIR lodged by the Deputy Director of Agriculture, Jhansi with the allegation that she has claimed Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana by producing forged Khatauni. It is further contended that the accused applicant is a house wife and has no concern with using the forged documents. She herself is a victim. The accused applicant has no criminal history.
