The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 67 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 352, 351(3) of BNS and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, P.S.- Kotwali, District- Jhansi, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the police has lodged the FIR on 25.2.2026 for the incident of 24.2.2026 occurred at 02:00 PM when two factions of the village have entered in to cross fight, stone pelting, firing on each other.
