The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 58 of 2023, under Sections 323, 354, 498-A, 504 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S.- Mandawali, District- Bijnor, during pendency of the trial. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant is the brother-in-law of the informant. There was matrimonial dispute between the co-accused and the informant, who were married five years prior to the lodging of the FIR.
