Court No. - 71 HON'BLE AVNISH SAXENA, J. 1. Sri Rakesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant hands up supplementary affidavit. The same is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State. 3. The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 58 of 2023, under Sections 323, 354, 498-A, 504 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S.- Mandawali, District- Bijnor, during pendency of the trial. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant is the brother-in-law of the informant. There was matrimonial dispute between the co-accused and the informant, who were married five years prior to the lodging of the FIR. The allegation against all the accused including applicant is of demand of dowry, matrimonial at
