The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicants to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 189 of 2024, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 308 IPC, P.S.- Nebua Naurangiya, District- Kushinagar. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicants that the accused-applicants have been falsely implicated in the F.I.R. dated 12.04.2024 lodged by the informant with the allegation that the 6 named and two anonymous persons had beaten the informant and his family members with lathi, danda and sharp edged weapon.
