The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 254 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 151(2), 118(1), 352, 351(2) and 110 of BNS, P.S.- Narkhi, District- Firozabad, during pendency of the trial. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been implicated in the FIR dated 28.07.2024 lodged by the informant with the allegation against eight named persons including the applicant wherein it is alleged that accused applicants were objected not to use filthy languages on which the accused applicants
