The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 872 of 2018, under Section 3/7 Essential Commodities Act read with Sections 409, 120B IPC and Section 66(C) of I.T. Act, P.S.- Majhola, District- Moradabad, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the case by the Regional Food Officer. The FIR has been lodged on 28.8.2018 against 14 persons. The accused applicant is salesman of one of the fair price shop.
