The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 101 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3) BNS, P.S.- Iglas, District- Aligarh, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the FIR dated 28.2.2026 with the allegation that the accused applicant and co-accused has beaten the father of informant.
